RAMP

The ramp is an escalating sensation at the tip of the penis where you might stop before the point of no return, but it will continue to escalate and push you over the edge without any stimulation. This can be related to allergies or sensitive skin. The sensation is likely tied to the hormonal release (i.e., Oxytocin) of the ejaculation.
