Brain-Tip-Antagonism and Moving Ejaculation Energy

  • Meditate for 5-20 minutes
  • Focus on pushing energy up your spine and into your brain to prime the brain-tip-antagonism
  • Repeat MEGA and QUICK flexes. If your PC muscle seems difficult to flex, then simply focus on flexing the entire floor area.
  • Practice moving the ejaculation energy down from the tip into the root and up your spine into your brain. Always practice to at least move it behind the PC muscle to lock it up.

Gradually perform the technique and prioritize harvesting over going deep. Multiple harvests have the same effect as one deep orgasm but they are easier to control.

  • Avoid
  • Do not front-load since it primes you for ejaculation
  • Recognize if you experience gut-breathing which will forcibly release the PC muscle
  • If you feel the ramp, relax the PC muscle and mentally guide the tip energy down, slowly. Avoid flexing or focusing on the tip since this will escalate to an ejaculation
  • Make sure you do not sense any pumps in your root since it signals that fluids are moving, even if they are still dry
  • Goal
  • Experience the orgasm and sense a light sensitivity at the tip afterwards which is an aftereffect of the orgasm
  • No drops emerged from the penis and your urine is clean without any cloudiness or pieces. Pre-cum is an exception if it emerges but its generally clear and not visible in the urine.
  • You did not feel any pumps as you were flexing and holding your PC muscle
  • You did not feel any movement in your root during the technique since this would signal fluids moving
