The Curious Way of Tantra: How to Get Lost in Orgasms

May 14, 2026

After experimenting with tantra and orgasms for years, I have had many curious experiences. Sometimes orgasms are light. Sometimes they feel heavy. Sometimes it feels impossible to get into the mood while other times nothing could be easier.

Everyone knows that a man can have an orgasm without ejaculation. But here are some lesser-known facts that were notable to me:

One Can Have an Ejaculation Without an Orgasm and Without the Hormonal Response

This one surprised me since it would seem absurd to ejaculate without even having an orgasm. While having an orgasm without ejaculating seems plausible when you understand the technique, the other way around seems confusing. How does the body know when to trigger the ejaculation if not for an orgasm? Why would an ejaculation occur without the expected hormonal response?

One Can Have an Ejaculation With an Orgasm Without the Hormonal Response

This experience could be related to the mental focus on suppressing the hormonal response, which might be its own layer of technique separate from moving the energy and flexing the PC muscle. Suppressing the hormonal response seems like an isolated aspect of tantra that can be used regardless of the actual physical suppression of the ejaculation.

One Can Have an Orgasm With a Hormonal Response but Without Ejaculation

This one recently surprised me. In a session, I noticed that I was in more dangerous territory than usual (dangerous = weak PC muscle and base), so I just wanted to carefully harvest instead of going deep.

After only 2 harvests, I accidentally went a bit too deep and hit the ramp. The tip of the penis started to expand the orgasm, which is usually a clear sign of failure. Once the ramp expands to the PC muscle, it is lost.

I mentally focused on not allowing my focus to remain in the tip and mentally moved the ejaculation energy point downwards and tried to get it behind the PC muscle and to move it up the spine. It was intense, and flexing the PC muscle felt slightly forced, but I did not notice a single pump trying to push through.

After the orgasm passed, I noticed a slight sensitivity and strong drop in horniness. While the penis could still get hard with ease, there was a notable reduction in arousal.

To me, this felt like a clear hormonal response, even if only partial. But I saw no drops emerging from the penis, not even pre-cum. I then thought, surely, there would be a lot in the urine, but I somehow knew that there wouldn't be anything. I felt no movement or pumps at all.

It turned out that I was right. The urine had not a single sign of any non-urine fluids. It was clear without foam, clouds or pieces.

Normally, I would not notice such a strong hormonal response even for deeper orgasms, but this is just how it turned out.
