This technique is heavier and requires strong muscle tension and control.
- Preparation as you progress toward orgasm:
- Flex and hold the PC muscle the entire time as you approach orgasm. Keep your attention on the PC muscle, not the penis tip or arousal.
- Focus on slowly moving your ejaculation energy down from the penis tip to behind your PC muscle as you progress. Aim to continually diffuse the sensation at the penis tip.
- Vortex during the process to facilitate energy moving down into the root and up your spine.
- Edge and move the ejaculation energy downward while you flex your PC muscle and vortex to test your level of control. Getting close to orgasm will show how well your body can handle it if you pass the point of no return.
- Go beyond the point of no return, but relax during orgasm. Then move the ejaculation energy downward from the penis tip without flexing the PC muscle yet. Flexing the PC muscle can sometimes trigger or worsen the ramp, so aim to move the energy down gently first.
- Physically adjust your hip posture so you can flex more effectively and keep the energy locked in while vortexing. Do not allow any involuntary pumps to get through, so it's best to hold for at least a minute after the orgasm has started.
