The Cauldron: Turning Tantra Energy Into Emotion

March 2, 2026

Every energy in the body must be used for something. Stagnating energy harms the vessel.

  • After completing the tantra technique, sit in a meditation position
  • Breathe deeply through your belly and focus on relaxed but deep breaths
  • Sense the tingling energy in your body and emotions forming around your solar plexus
  • Allow the emotions to intensify and get stronger with every exhale
  • Focus on sustainable energy conversion rather than creating something out of nothing. The energy is already there. It just lies dormant

Tantra energy is cold and sharp while emotion energy is warm and soft. You likely feel the energy clearly after your tantra practice but aim to distinguish the differences in kind as you convert it.

After tantric practice, you might appear colder and less emotional than before. That is because you missed the hormonal release of oxytocin from the ejaculation. Thereby you kept the energy but lost the horniness without the mellowing oxytocin injection.

I call it a cauldron because the conversion is like a cooking process where you combine the right ingredients at the right place and let them cook until they are ready.

Emotion energy is never stagnant but inherently moves through the body and dissipates over time. Use it wisely.
