BRAIN ENERGY

A sensation of a sharp rush of energy flowing into your brain. It is the result of the orgasm energy conversion which flows up your spine and into your brain if done right.

BRAIN TIP ANTAGONISM

ANTAGONISMANTAGONISTSANTAGONIST

Brain energy is the natural antagonist of penis tip energy. If you have issues with your orgasm energy getting stuck in the tip (which leads you to ejaculate), you are not allowing enough energy into your brain. You can mitigate this by pushing energy into your brain before you orgasm and, during the orgasm, focusing on brain energy exclusively. Afterwards, make sure you bring the energy from your brain back down into your body through slow, deep breathing while meditating.

COCKBURN

A light burning sensation on the penis tip, 30-60 min after doing tantra. This can occur without any ejaculation but also after an ejaculation. It is likely caused by pre-cum fluids entering and staying inside the penis even when no drops exit the penis. To prevent it, simply urinate right after the tantra practice to flush out any fluids aven if no visible drops were seen.

CONNECT

CONNECTION

An orgasm is a connection with yourself. It is best to approach it like a meditative event that should be observed rather than like a commodity that should be consumed.

Open→

DEEP

A deep orgasm that goes to the end of the orgasm and is far beyond the point of no return.

Open→

EDGE

0.9

Stopping right before (0.9x) the orgasm with no risk of ejaculating.

EJACULATION ENERGY POINT

ENERGY POINTEJACULATION POINTEJACULATION ENERGY

Ejaculation energy is separate from orgasm energy and the actual ejaculate fluid. Just like you can feel the ejaculate and the orgasm, you can also feel a third entity: the ejaculation point. It usually starts out at the tip of the penis, but you can move it backward down into the pelvis and up your spine. If you can move the ejaculation energy point behind your PC muscle, then it will be impossible for you to ejaculate. Imagine this point like the "exit target" of the ejaculation. If it is behind the PC muscle, no ejaculate can exit.

FLEX POINT

Even if your PC muscle feels weak or soft, focus on the lower pelvic area and the point where the PC muscle is located. You can enhance the flexing through visualization since much of the tantric technique relies on energy flows and mental preparation. It is often more important to feel in control and focus properly than to have physical prowess.

FRONT LOADING

FRONT LOADED

If you try to reach orgasm quickly during tantra practice, there is a tendency to focus on the orgasm alone and front-load the sensation deep into the tip of the penis instead of having a balanced sensation in the genital area. This front-loading can lead to losing control and approaching ejaculation before you can properly execute the technique. Front-loading usually also involves more pre-cum and can lead to more fluid coming out even before the orgasm. Do not lead with ejaculation; try to center the orgasm lower in the pelvic area.

GUT BREATHING

WEAK PC

When your gut is overloaded from food, intestinal inflammation, or allergies, it might make it hard to flex the PC muscle properly. It can feel like the gut forces the PC muscle (and lower pelvic floor) to relax and release tension rather than build it. There is a correlation between a weak gut, a weak PC muscle, and a weak brain/mentality.

HALF LOTUS

POSTURESITTING

You can decide on how to sit when doing tantra. A half-lotus position is near ideal, with the options of having legs stacked on top of each other or having both legs touch the ground. Both will yield different postures, so identify which allows you to flex the PC muscle more comfortably.

HARVEST

HARVESTING

Harvesting an orgasm is like gently removing its energy. When you barely pass the point of no return and then pull back and do the technique, you remove some of the original horniness from the tip of the penis. Doing this multiple times allows you to gradually harvest the orgasm. Imagine it like throwing a net (orgasm energy) into the water (penis tip), letting it rest, and then pulling it back (pulling the orgasm down into the root again). You can even let the orgasm rest in the tip a bit longer to soak up more horniness before you pull it back. The result is that the tip feels less horny with every round. Harvesting is the process of making the tip less sensitive while the energy of the orgasm/horniness gets converted into your body's energy.

LAST RESORT

If you have lost control of the orgasm and are certain that the technique will fail, you can use strength to flex your PC muscle against your finger, which creates an impenetrable barrier between the exit and the source of the ejaculate. Notice the involuntary pumps and focus on flexing your PC muscle until all waves have stopped. You will likely lose your erection but may manage to hold it back regardless. The sperm will not be redirected to the bladder.

MEGA FLEX

MEGA

Flexing the PC muscle and the lower pelvic floor with full force and holding as long as possible.

Open→

PRE-CUM

A clear, colorless, and sticky fluid that comes out before orgasm.

Open→

PROSTATE FLUID

The first fraction of the ejaculate that's a milky, non-viscous liquid and comes out with the orgasm. It does not cause foaming when rubbed. Prostate fluid can be released even before the orgasm. It can even shoot out sometimes in small amounts since it has low viscosity.

Open→

PROSTATE SWELLING

If you are not ejaculating for long periods of time, your prostate might start feeling hard, and your body can accumulate a lot of tension. It is a good idea to ejaculate once in a while.

Open→

QUICK FLEX

QUICK

Instead of holding the PC muscle, practice rapidly flexing the PC muscle with short relax-flex cycles. This will make the PC stronger than only practicing the hold. You can try moving your hips backward rhythmically while flicking the PC muscle. Quick flexes allow you to flex deeper backward instead of only at the root.

Open→

RAMP

The ramp is an escalating sensation at the tip of the penis where you might stop before the point of no return, but it will continue to escalate and push you over the edge without any stimulation. This can be related to allergies or sensitive skin. The sensation is likely tied to the hormonal release (i.e., Oxytocin) of the ejaculation.

Open→

RUSH

The feeling when the orgasm energy wants to move up the spine into the brain. It usually appears with a delay: the orgasm has subsided and you are holding the PC muscle calmly. Then a rush appears that pushes itself from the pelvic floor, up your spine, and into your brain. The noticeable signal is the delay, which creates an unexpected rush sensation.

Open→

SEMEN

The main ejaculate that's a milky-white or colorless, viscous liquid and foams when rubbed. It is released during and after the orgasm.

Open→

SWEET SPOT

Orgasms are a spectrum. You can have an orgasm that is deep, and you can have one that is shallow. Very often, the ideal orgasm will vary day-by-day. Some days the sweet spot is a shallow orgasm, and other days it should be deep. Listen to what your body prefers at the time.

TOOLS

Useful tools for practicing can be: Tennis ball: Flex against it when sitting by placing it under your PC muscle, but it can be dangerous if you block your blood supply (the area can become limp). Yoga block: A yoga block can be a useful tool during solo tantra practice. Since it's harder than a pillow, you can even indirectly push your PC muscle when leaning far forward.

UNKNOWN FLUID

Almost jelly-like white droplets that are viscous enough to appear solid.

Open→

VORTEX

FLEX FLOORVORTEXINGVORTEXED

Suck in your stomach and flex the lower PC floor (not just PC) to create a vortex-like sensation that sucks all energy from the lower part of your body up your spine. This way, you can get your whole body to help you move the energy.
