PULL
While the MEGA flex is generally pressing downward and aiming to flex the entire pelvic floor, the PULL flex is more gentle and flexes upwards. Aim to flex your PC muscle up toward the direction of the spine, which helps releasing the pressure from the orgasm and draining the energy before it becomes stuck and leads to pumps. The goal is to redirect pressure before it becomes stuck in the pelvic floor. The name comes from the sensation of pulling the PC muscle upwards whereas your energy is being pulled alongside it
