URINE
After the tantric practice, you can check your urine for signs of seminal fluids. You may find dispersed clouds, white strings, rubber-like semen, or foam on the surface. Pre-cum is not visually present in the urine. It may cause minimal foam or tiny bubbles at the surface but no particles, strings, cloudiness, or visible sperm. Always aim to see no trace of anything. Any trace, even foam and bubbles, signals a partial failure of the technique even if no drops were seen before and the penis remained erect. A retrograde ejaculation can be triggered through PC muscle flexing since it can redirect semen into the bladder. Alternatively, some semen can simply be stuck in the urethral bulb. If early pees are clear but strings appear later during pooping, residual semen or prostate fluid was likely pushed out by pelvic pressure.
