Light Tantra: Quick Flex, Muscle Relaxation and Deep Orgasms

This technique is designed for a light constitution when you have enough control to need less muscle tension.

  • Sit in a half-lotus position on a meditation pillow or yoga block
  • Practice quick flexes as you start getting ready and move towards the orgasm
  • Be light enough to move your hip backwards. YOu can try jerking your hip backwards and visualize moving the orgasm backwards while you do quick flexes. It will feel almost automatic since the PC muscle is made for rhythmic flexes and not just for static holding.
  • Go deep into the orgasm but be fully relaxed. Let your unused arm be soft and relaxed to make sure your body is not tensing up.
  • Go deep into the end of the orgasm while remainign fully relaxed without flexing the PC muscle.
  • Once you have reached your limit and you can feel the ejaculation approaching after you have felt the full orgasm, flex the PC muscle backwards.
  • Pay attention to the difference between an orgasm and an ejaculation sice these are seaprate eevents and they have a time delay between them. You can increase this gap as you practice the technique.
